Wayne L. Ambroze, Jr, MD, FACS, FASCRS

Dr. Ambroze graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and received his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. He completed a residence in General Surgery at the Presbyterian Hospital at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York. He completed a research fellowship and clinical fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Colon & Rectal Surgery.

Dr. Ambroze is a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons, a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, and the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons, the Southeastern Surgical Society, the American Medical Association, the Medical Association of Georgia, the Medical Association of Atlanta, and the DeKalb Medical Society.
